This multi company, multi country company had chosen to implement MySAP to combine it’s operations and management accounting into one package
Like many companies their current systems were dated and contained a large amount of old in inaccurate data. They needed some help to manage the data cleansing and migration process from qualified personnel.
We analysed their data needs and produced a plan to get from A to B in partnership with their in-house project manager and the external implementation consultants. We then managed the cleansing process helping their staff to understand the needs and monitoring the progress along the agreed timelines.
We then assisted the implementation consultants with the upload process and checked and signed off the results for the client.
Our client was so impressed that they then asked us to re-write their consolidation reporting to allow them to report temporarily whilst the rest of the group migrated to the new system.
The project was completed on time and slightly under budget and we’ve since been asked back to work on other projects for the client!
